The standard plan for automatic imaging at 20 degree has been modified to adapt to the current workload.

From now on, a total of 5 inspections will be applied to each plate over a period of 12 weeks as follows:

Inspection number days after set up (+tolerance)

1st:

1 (+1)

2nd:

4 (+4)

3rd:

10 (+8)

4th:

35 (+14)

5th:

60 (+24)
